LWE is Chart District’s proprietary internal signal system. It is not sold and not part of the indicator — it’s the backend logic that scans Futures markets for liquidity events and pushes live trade alerts to Discord.
🧠 Methodology
Three Steps, Every Signal.
LWE runs continuously across ES, NQ, GC, RTY, CL and their micros, breaking down every move into three stages before a signal is ever sent.
1. Liquidity Detection
The engine maps where retail stop clusters sit above and below key levels — prior highs/lows, session opens, and round numbers — and watches for institutional order flow approaching them.
2. Setup Classification
When liquidity is taken, LWE classifies the reaction: Liquidity Sweep & Reversal, Stop Hunt Reversal, or Continuation. No signal goes out until a setup fits one of these defined patterns.
3. Real-Time Output
Once confirmed, the signal posts instantly to Discord with entry zone, stop loss, and take-profit targets — no repaint, no delay.
⏰ Session Awareness
Context Matters.
Markets behave differently depending on the session. LWE tags every signal with the session it fired in — Overnight, London, or New York — and factors that context into setup classification.
Overnight
Thinner liquidity, wider stop runs. LWE watches for early liquidity grabs that set up the next session’s move.
London Open
Often the first major liquidity event of the day — frequently sweeps overnight levels before reversing.
New York Open
The highest-volume window. Most LWE signals trigger here as institutional flow confirms or rejects the session bias.
